THE ART OF BLIND TASTING
Saturday January 11th
7:00pm to 8:30pm
Believe it or not there is an art to tasting a wine blind and then deciphering what's in the glass. To do it professionally takes years of study and experience. But it's possible to quickly learn some of the basics as a consumer to increase your ability to make educated guesses. Join Wine Geeks for this fun and informative class where Sommelier Derek Todd will share some of the tricks of the trade! 

THE BORDEAUX BLEND
Saturday January 25th
7:00pm to 8:30pm
Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot + Malbec. These are the grapes originally made famous as the allowed varieties in the world-famous Bordeaux Blend. Discover the different ways they express themselves as we taste through samples from around the world.

Saturday February 8th
7:00pm to 8:30pm
Get the jump on Valentine’s Day and discover your favorite sparkling wine to share with that special someone! We’ll sample bubbly from around the world from Prosecco to Champagne and points in between!
